96 links with stock swingarm and gearing.

 

that's not even close. try 96. It's either 94 or 96

 

Get at least 96....wouldn't hurt to even get a 100 and take links out as needed.

 

It's around 94-96. I would get 96 just to be safe if your sprockets and swingarm are stock.

 

94 usually. i have had one or two people tell me they had 96 from the factory though. so, i don't know if everyone isn't the same or someone is smoking something.

 

Hmmmmm. Well first of all, the 86 was a typo. Rubbed the 8 key and didn't look I guess.

After seeing all these varying numbers from everyone, I grabbed the 2004 master cat and got this............

Honda says 96
Sunstar says 96
Sprocket Specialties says 96
JT Racing says 96
RK says 94
DID says 94

Pick who you favor the most and go with that[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

By the way, I edited the first post to read 96 now.

 

if you have stock gearing on both sprokets, count them. start at the master link.(im not sure if it has one)
