Its not a quad, but you're a smart bunch and you might be able to help me.
I just picked up an 86 Honda TLR200 Reflex (trials bike) and its got a weird problem:
When i tighten the 2 nut on the carb onto the cylinder, the slide gets stuck in the carb and is tough to move by hand, and impossible to move with the cable, but when one or both nuts is loosened, the slide moves freely and seems normal. makes no sense to me!
I'm stumped! any ideas and or suggestions??
