Should I go ahead and change the break in oil and filter, and should I adjust the belt tension? Should I adjust the tenion myself or have the service department at my dealer do it?

My dealer recommended that I have my oil changed at 100 miles. They checked the belt and tighten it. I had already replaced the belt because it was loose and I burned it up in the woods before I could get it in for service.

 

if you have the mechanical knowledge to to the work yourself, by all means go ahead and save yourself some cash
