Piston Displacement (CCs): 397
Stroke: 4
Cylinders: 1
Speeds: 5
Dry Weight: 553
Low Retail: $2,495
Average Retail: $3,280
and thats for a 400, its not bad but if it were me i would try to talk him down a little to get the best bang for your buck.

Hellbilly is right,
I think $3500 is a little high, my educated guess would be in the $2900-$3000 range and that's if it's in really good shape. A new 04 ES goes for $5400 plus tax if your not farm exempt.
You can finance a new one from Honda at 6.99% if your credit is good and it will run you a little less than $100 a month and it will be BRAND new, $114 a month if you take out the 4yr extended warranty like I did.
