Default 26" Mudlites too big for 04 AT?

I was just told by my local atv rep that 26" mudlites or 589s wouldn't fit in the plastic
on my 04 rancher at. Does anyone out there have 26-10-12 and 26-12-12 tires on their
AT?

If they fit, there will be a noticeable power loss and the steering will be harder.

what would happen, is that when ur suspention is compleetly compressed, ur tires would rub on ur plastic

I had a set of 26" mudlites on itp c series wheels, and there was no rubbing at all. they are offset 1 inch. at would lose a lot at low end, 350es has better gearing for them.

Go with the 26-9-12 and 26-10-12 Mudlites. They would work on your AT on stock rims with hardly any power reduction at all.
