hey mount,
go to www.bigbuckrack.com. they have awesome prices. i just had shipped to me 26" mudlites and c-series rims for $520 with free shipping. i didnt have to pay tax because they are in a different state and the transaction was done there. look for the phone # on their website and you can call in the order. sharon is very helpful. good luck with your 650. oh, by the way, go with 26" mudlites. they are awesome. i dont really notice any drop in power. just my 2 cents.

Any chance you could trade in your stock Dunlops towards the Mudlites at the Dealer? When I purchased my P650, the dealer took my stock Dunlop + $200Cdn Cash towards the purchase of my 26" Mudlites. That would be about $130USD plus stock tires. When shopping around, I check multiple dealers, and most where willing to do this.
As for the wheel, I would say ebay unless your dealer gives you a discount since you bought a new bike from him.
