I took mine to he local upholstry place anbd he charged me 40 bucks to recover it like new. I am sure since you already have the supplies, they will do it much much cheaper. Otherwise, get a good staple gun and start at the front. Pop a few in the front, go to the one corner and pop one in there, then to the other corner, pop one there, then work around the back, and around the sides to the front. make sure to pull it tight before each staple. It should be an industrial type staple gun with short staples. Hope that helps out. Good Luck.

I'm not too sure about how to repair a seat cover. I would suggest you buy a seat cover, or a vinyl material, and attach that. My seat was ripped, so I bought material and thread and made my own seat cover for about $15. Like wyobullrydr said, use short staples and stretch the material as you go, so the cover will be free of wrinkles.

i jsut did it myself, it wasnt too hard. its also nice having a mom thats willing to sew, now it has seams where there should be seams. it looks great.. except the little bumps from where i had to rebuild the foam, but it feels great. take a look at the pic page #9. i should wash it someday.

i'll trade straight across for a 400EX,,.. or mabey a 450R... haha, NO. i think i'll hang on to it for a while... that skidoo on the other hand,, i want my $20 back. if you thought 3wheelers were dangerous, try that. its a change riding that thing once a year, untill it breaks down every year.
