Im back at it with this quad . i tried to pull the fly wheel off but i stoped cause it seems very tight . i think the key way has sheard , which would make it hard to remove right?? when you removed yours did it come off hard ??im useing a 3 way bolt type puller and an impact the quad is a scrammy 400 2 stroke

 

I did mine on my sport 400 and it came off. I dont have a comressor. If your key way broke you might want to try to put pressure on the flywheel then tap the pullers 3 bolts with a hammer. That might loosen it up for you and also spray 4dw or something on the shaft.
