My girlfriend just got a new blaster last night I was not expecting that thing to be that snappy. so what free mod should i do to it frist she is just starting out so nothing to much.

 

Congrats, i only rode a blaster once but they are fun to ride and peppy!

 

First mod i'd do is get rid of thos balloon tires on the back and, get a flater profile tire. this will make it more stable and, better looking!

 

i planned on that one alreadt what tires are good on the blaster. thanks

 

My brother in law has one that is modded a little. He has the Toomey B1 kit, and is running the oil block off. Sounds like a banshee, and it really scoots. They are nice and reliable bikes for the money.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

should i get rid of the oil injecter and mix the gas to or not. I had a old snowmoble with oil injectinn and it plugged up and you can guess what happen

 

I think that it is really your choice. We have had no problems with ours with, or without the oil injection. Here is a link with an opinion.

 

I had my 1994 blaster till 2003 and it ran strong the whole time till the day I sold it! I have never had any problem with the oil injection. As far as mods, I would go with a better air filter and a better set of reeds. I put in a set of carbon tech reeds and a uni filter at the same time, it was cheep and easy mod and made it run smoother with better throtle response.

 

any of th4e high performance tires will work. Try Kenda Klaws, they are cheap and have the square profile. I'll bea getting soem soon for my Raptor if they prove to have the stiffer sidewall i want to make it slide better!
