Default Silver Pred or 50th Anniversary Pred.

I can get a 04 silver for $5600otd, or the 50th for $6400otd. I've been thinking for awhile, and I just can't see the 50th being worth $800 more. Am I right, or is the 50th worth the extra. I can dress the silver one up quite a bit for $800.

Well, you gotta think about that. The 50th has a ceramic coated exhaust, those NEW Maxxis tires which are NOT cheap, plus all those other special cosmetic features, not to mention it is a limited edition. I think it looks pretty sweet and could be worth more if you decide to sellit one day. Afterall, they will only be making 500 of them and THATS IT!!!!

Buy it and take the damn plastic off and hang it up on the wall of the shop...and buy regular plastic. I hate having really nice srcatched up plastic. Make it your sunday afternoon plastic.

We sold our 50th anv. and both Dale jr's before they were out of the crate. The 50th Anv. stuff is
probly the best looking stuff Polaris has put out in a while. Even the Ranger and the Sportsman 500 didn't stay on the floor 24 hrs. I think the 50th Anv. is definately worth the money, almost looks to good to ride.

They had the 50th SP500 there too, but I didn't take any pics of it. But it had the same color's as the Pred, with gold suspension. It also had chrome rack extentions and chrome rims. I think the price was $6999.

As far as the 50th Pred goes, I also heard that only 500 were being made. But this doesn't sound true. There are 50 states, so that would mean only 10 per state. I talked to 2 dealers just in NH, and one got 2, and the other 3. So there's 5 just in 2 dealers in which there are about 15 dealers in NH. So the 500 being made doesn't seem true.

the extra 800 bucks is mostly for cosmetics and graphics... All you really get is better tires and a ceramic exhuast that you will prob trade anyhow/... Not worth it in my mind
