Default Warn winch

Hey all, Just wanted to say hi and im glad to be a new member this isnt my first ATV by far, and ive been reading the posts and decided to join up with everyone.

Now for the nitty Gritty, i just bought the warn a2000 winch, and am having some troubles deciding what i want to mount it with IE..the polaris Tube bumper, or the polaris standard winch mount with no bumper, or what id realy like to have is that BIG brush guard that raps around the front of the sportsman winch ready, you see alot of these on ebay for about $145

What i realy want to know is your thoughts what would you guys do? any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

Luke

i have my mounted in with the polaris standard mount ... so it's between the head lights ... works great ... a little hard to clean ... but nice and high (keeping it out of the mud).

I built my own bracket. On the site below there is a somewhat clear shot of what it looks like. I like building my own stuff when I can.

I agree, I like having it up in the standard mounting bracket. It keeps it high and dry, away from mud and water. Its also reccessed, so its kinda out of the way when you dont need it.
