There is a bolt on teh end of the pipe, you take it off, then I heated mine up with Mapp Gas and Oxygen torch, and slowly beat the baffle so that I could pull it out...took a while, but it worked....Becareful if he decides to put it back in...make sure the bolt is tight or it will come off and the baffle will shoot out...happened to me.

OH and one more thing my clutch seems to be slipping only in like 3rd and up but it seems to get worse as it heats up. Should I replace
the clutches or does something need adjusting. would i need a clutch basket, plates, springs........
