Default New 2 year warranty???

What's this crap about AC offering 2 years warranty now??? I bought 2 brand new AC '04 400's in November 03 and was only given 6 months!!!! Kinda pisses me off. Think they'll budge if I call and complain???? Surely there shouldn't be a problem???? What do ya think??? Also how would I contact the right people to make it happen???? Very happy with the machines... played in the snow, ice, mud, and water. Drive them in up to the headlights several times.... sunk one once when fell through the ice and wouldn't start after being submerged for 4 hrs. But everything workin great now.

Default New 2 year warranty???

The 2 year warrenty was offered in Nov of 2003. That's when I purchased mine. If I remember correctly, the options were 2.9% finance or 2 year warrenty. If you financed through Artic, you might not of been able to get the 2 year warrenty.

Default New 2 year warranty???

I just bought mine 3 or 4 weeks ago, and the 2 year warranty wasn't standard....it was an option. If you purchase a new Cat, you can choose special financing, OR you can choose 2 years of warranty and a Warn winch for $69. I decided that I was going to pay mine off early anyway, so I went with the extra warranty and the winch.

I know they won't budge- some of our customers have tried it with sleds. Not to flame at anyone but I don't know what would make you think that arctic cat would be any different than an auto maker or any other company for that matter. Would it make sense that if you buy a car and then a week later they offer a $1,000 rebate and you go to the car company wanting $1,000 do you think they will give it to you? Its just tough luck I guess.

No Financing involved, paid cash and wasn't offered to me at the time either. As for the $1000.00 rebate remark, don't see it as being the same.... I'm not asking for money. Just figure if they are that confident in the quality of the cats then what do they have to lose by extending the warranty??? Has to do with customer satisfaction. I see people buying the cats same time as me and get 2 years..... why was it only 6 months for me???? Dealer error???? Also I am located in Canada.... Could it possibly be only in the USA? Haven't raised a stink yet, just looking for opinions. Also I know that the little man never wins. Just thought it may be worth a try. Thanks for all the input. Think I may go bring it up with the dealer first.

Good Luck!
Might be a dealer oversight!
Most of the dealers I've seen had big signs with the availability of financing, 2 years and a winch
they said I could get the 6 months 0% no payments, warranty or the winch, I chose the warranty, 6 months 0% no payments, & they sold me the winch @ cost,(as far as I know?)
I'm looking at the ad right now , says "No interest payments for 6 months OR 4.9% for 36 months OR 2 year Warranty Plus $69 Winch"
