I've been watching you post problems ever since you got your DS, and I really feel sorry for you. First it was the oil, then Ron Woods, now coolant. I've missed a few things but that doesn't matter. You have had so many things go wrong, it's sad!
Just curious . . . when are you going to trade up for a different machine? No offense to the DS, but it seems to be giving you a constant headache.

I knew I was taking a risk buying a first unit out of the first production run, from a newcomer to the ATV industry.
There really isn't anything wrong with my DS at present. The coolant being down might be just a mistake on my part when I changed the fluid - I'm still trying to figure that one out. I'm wondering if I am turning the fluid into steam. The DS does not overheat though.

I was thinking about your coolant problem. I was wondering if you has only filled the radiator with coolant, also did you replace the hoses. If you replaced or even removed the bottom hose you drained alot of the coolant out of the engine. And when you refilled the radiator with coolant and then when you rode your ds it took some of the coolant in the radiator to fill up the water jackets in the engine. If this happend, ride your ds around untill it warms up and keep it running while you add coolant to the radiator, you'll know the system is full when the fluid level does not drop anymore. I hope this helps you.
