I bought a 04 Trail Boss 330 and a 04 Sportsman 500ho. I love them but it seems that everyone is always saying how crappy they are! How is Polaris the #2 ATV out there is they are that bad? Just curious.

 

Geez....if EVERYBODY says that it MUST be true! I guess all the owners who love their Poos must be mental patients. Relax, yer just listenin' to the wrong folks.

 

The had a history in the past of not being so reliable. But in the last 5 years or so they have really stepped it up and are just as good if not more reliable than the others. For some reason, people just get the urge to show their amazing ability to talk out of their azz. It happens. They just repeat what they have heard other say. Just ignore them. Their like herpes, them come and are a pain in the azz, then they go away, then come back again.

 

If everyone rad DirtWheels and belived them Polaris is a piece of poop.But then there is folks like us in this forum that know how good the old and new Polaris REALLY are. the BEST for what they are meant for.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

Sorry, but my experience with polaris had been abismal.

Ah ya , Polaris is crap . Thats why I am going to add a new sportsman soon to my collection .
I got into polaris when I purchased a sled from them years back . Once I got it I was hooked ! I love my Polaris products and have not had any prob. with them . as I read on this site many times " Ride what you like and have fun "

 

I shall ride on! I have liked mine so far.

 

they are all just jelous, and would rather send their money to japan.
i love mine never gave me any trouble.

 

I don't think people would spend a lot of money on something that was "crap" yes a few years ago they were not so good...

The BIG reason why most don't like polaris ATVs is simple,,, They were autos not the fastest things in the world and most models were 4wd they only made utility and sport utility quads up to 2003 when the pred came out,now your seeing more people like polaris....

I'm on my 2nd polaris quad i have had good luck with both never had a problem with them...

I'm 18 and large sums of money don't come easy especially when you only pay cash like i do, if i though Polaris quads were that bad i would never bought anther,my scrambler made a very good impression on me thats why i went back to them again for my next ATV...
