Default Check your rear brake line

During rattle snake i burnt through the rear brake line on the 04 x it has clearence while sitting on it and riding it but when you jump it and land hard it hits the pipe we checked my 02 it had a burn mark on it also so i am replacing the rear brake line. We checked several other Ds and found the same thing one in the next camp spot over. Just wanted everybody to check i hate to see a little thing like this mess up a good riding day or weekend. I lucked out and the quad shop had one the last one in fact.

Mine did the same thing just last week. I wanted to still ride so I broke off the antenna off the radio and slid part of the little part of the antenna in each side of the brake line and hose clamped it, put in new fluid, bled it and whala. good as a hick can ask for. And it doesn't leak. yep he's right we looked at mine also that week and mine was real close to hitting. I have just been lucky so far. I think it is mainly with aftermarket pipes. So you better check it out...
