blaster reeds info

Default blaster reeds info

I have a 2000 blaster I ordered v force reeds I wondering how much horse power they add and when I install them will I need to change my jet and needle. any info will be help full

From what I read they do not increase PEAK horsepower. They do however increase mid-range HP. If you have 14 hp at 5000rpm after market reeds will make 16 hp at 5000 rpm. Throttle response is greatly improved

No you won't need to change your jets. Only if you put on an after market pipe/silencer and air filter would you need to change your jets.
Get rid of that piece of crap stock carb if you haven't done so already.
