My cousin is picking up his 2004 Raptor 660 on Monday, I got a 04' TLD Pred. Just wondering wut the advantage/disadvantage each of us will have versus each other.

We are gonna be doin a lot of gravel riding and trails. Who will have the better handling? Who will win in a drag race? Top end?

Are you joking"who will have better handling",,, the pred hands down the raptor is top heavy and hard to control on tracks etc....

Stock for Stock they are even machines it all comes down to the better rider and who gets the hole shot...

You should have no problem at ALL taking him in the trails....


The only thing the raptor has over the pred is reverse,and who needs that anyway?pff

 

Well I Own a Banshee but 2 Buddys have a 04 LD Raptor and the other has a 04 TLD Predator and From what I have seen the Raptor has more Low end but the Predator has more Mid-Rage & Top End.
In the Trails I like the Predator.

the preds low end can be fixed by a simple sproket change....

 

yah definetly do the 13tooth sprocket. Maybe a pipe. Its all in the rider with those 2 bikes

 

But if the raptor owner puts a 12 tooth on his front, it makes a dramatic difference as well.
