rebuilt moter have a 6inch black ground can not remember where it went now a have weak spark new stater new coil also have used cdi unit both cdi do the same thing you all must have to put plug on the black to get any spark what so ever hop fuly some one can post a wire diagram or give advice to help "be comeing very frustrated HELP"

 

What size wire is the 6" black ground and what kind of end is on it?

im not sure about the size but the ends look like the for a battery

 

Ok there is a ground wire that bolts onto the cyl. With one of the upper cyl. mount bolts sounds like that may be it.

Yeah that's probably it .From the cylinder to the frame.
