i,ve heard some stories, i,m looking for some of you all who have ridden wellsville to let me know your comments, want to go but everyone says stay away, is it really that tough? also can u ride during the week or weekends only?

 

hey quadblazer i live in wellsville. if you have been riding for awhile its just like other places. but just like anywhere else you have to watch your ***.there is alot of land & alot of hills, you can get lost pretty easy but there is always someone riding it seems like. yes you can ride during the week , you can ride any day any time.sometimes there are alot opeople there that makes it tougher than the land itself. not sure what you needed to know , i got pictures of some on my page if ya want more i gots lots more.

 

thanks for your time and info,, i am mainly concerned with all the stories of theft and vandlism to riders camping area and trucks, is it safe to leave everything and head out on trails for a few hours, i heard some areas to park are not good, any suggestions on camping and parking?

 

first of all you can actually camp anywhere you want. there are serveral camp grounds though. i personally think oak tree is the best, but im not sure if they do 1-2 night deals .i can try & find out for ya then post it. as far as gettin ripped off i havent heard of to much of that goin on lately. there are alot of people there on the weekends, so usually they watch out for one another. if you would park at oak tree he kinda keeps an eye out on everything. but like i said on real nice days its packed & he may not remember whos who.hope this helps a little i'll try & get that info for ya.
