Looking for info on if anyone has experience using Gapless Rings with a Raptor piston. Did you get the rings with the piston or did you order the rings separate?

I am going to get a 11:1 100mm or 102mm Ross piston and I want to use a Gapless top ring. Can I do it?

I didn't know they made any offerings for ATV's. I have used them in automotive applications though. I guess the thought behind them is good, but they don't seem to be worth the extra cost.

 

I know they are available from Total Seal for a 102mm. Other than that I don't know. Give them a call and have the specs of your rings handy. They should be able to help you out.

 

I don't know if they can be used in an atv application or not, that is what I am trying to find out. Does anyone know? Should I call Total Seal? What specs on the piston do I need to know to ask them if they have rings that will fit?
