I was wondering, what weight of oil do I need to run in my kfx700, and how much does it hold?

 

I use 20-50 in the summer and 10-30 in the winter. And it holds, 2.20 quarts. Just put 2 quarts in it, run it, let it drain down and add a little. Repeat this till you are on the full line on your dipstick. More or less 2 and 1/4 quarts.

how about with the change of the filter almost 3 qts ?

 

No thats with a filter change. Always change your filter when you change your oil
