Is there a big problem in Tulsa with theft of ATV's?

I am leaving for Tulsa next week for work and was thinking of taking my Raptor...and driving over to Lil' Sahara.....but my Raptor would be in the back of my truck for over a week in Tulsa....now I probably won't.....

Your quad would be just as safe in Tulsa in the back of your truck as any other city. I agree though, chain and lock it up.

Get a steel pipe and put it through the rear sprocket and dics hub. Drill holes in the end and put a big lock on either side. This way the axle can't rotate because the pipe will catch up the swingarm and lock it up.

Leave it parked on the curb. The quad should have a big sign on it that says "STEAL ME". Next, get some laser pens and lay them down outside in the grass from different positions so it looks like a few guys have their rifle's pointed at it from a distance. I bet no one takes it.

Chicken *****...

Nothing will change until the risk of stealing the quads outweighs the benefits of getting away with it. Get away with it, you just made several grand in a couple of hours. Get caught, get slapped on the wrist. Anyone without morals would give that a shot. The way the laws are in this country regarding theft just motivates thieves. Horse thieves used to get hung. Until there are major consequences for theft, get used to it.

That's true, a lot of them you can see picking up trash at the side of the highway or doing only boring community work...then they might be
on PO for a few months then they are off scott free. That is such a hard price to pay, man I am so glad I haven't stole anything since I was 15.
God forbid you steal something then you gotta clean garbage, oh my god
