i just installed a clutch kit for my 03 manual and it works great. what i did was use the wet clutch springs out out of the 500i auto outlaw epi clutch kit. i would say it raised the engagment up 500rpms, which is perfect if you are running big mud tires. just thought i would pass this info along.

 

I was just going to ask if it worked. I also was going to say you could see if the springs had a different part number on the older 500 manuals that came stock with 26" tires. Were did you buy the kit from, and what all was in it?
