Rubicon/Rancher Advisory !! Transmission faulty
#1
This is on the Honda Forum. This is the forth person with the same issue:
Hi:
I picked up new Rubicon on Monday (3 days ago). I am going through the break in period and keeping it real easy on the bike. Last night i was out with a few freinds and had the same tranny problem you had. I was in a about a foot of water in D2. Whenever I tried to speed up the bike would pop out of gear. when I let off the gas it went back in gear by itself. Give it more gas and boom back ouot of gear. i am very concerned about this. What was the end result of your problems??? Mine is goig back

Simple is alway better! Give me a good old foot shifter! Actually, this problem sounds like TRANSFER CASE to me, not the transmission itself.
