Default New Blaster blow out engine

Brand new '04 Blaster and there is oil comming from somewhere in the front of engine. It's only about 3 months old. It did it a week after we brought it home, but it seemd to clear up. Now the frame and exhuast pipe gets soaked. No fouled plugs and runs fine. It actually looks like gold colored crankcase oil and not purple yamalube injection oil. Nice blue smoke out the pipe so it seems to be getting injection oil ok. I'm thinking lose head bolt, blown head gasket leaking or possibly leaking exhaust pipe. Would rather not take it to dealer. Usually have more problems after someone else does the work. I guess the worst case would be bad crankcase gasket letting geasecase oil in crankcase. That would be really bad.

Anyone ever have this problem?

If it's brand new and still under warranty you'd be foolish not to take it back to the dealer. You've already paid for the factory warranty somewhere in the purchase price.

If you think it is gear case oil, why do you assume head gasket?
There is no gear case oil in the head of a two stroke.
It can't leak from where it ain't.
