Have any of you used "Sno Traxx"? If so on what model machine and did you like them? How much are they worth? I'd think they'd work nice on an ultramatic

 

I havent used one, but I've seen them in mags and on thier web site. They look really cool to me. BUT, look at the price!! Its like 2 grand for one of those! I mean c'mon!! No ones payin that much for a track!! I say just buy a used snowmobile!

 

Yea.. $2000 US is pricy.. I guess $2000 canadian is high too. But you don't get much of a snow machine for 2 grand either.. been there, done that. The way I see it is I have a brand new Kodiak that is reliable and works great in the cold also, or at least that was my experience last winter, and although it woulden't be as fast as any snowmobile, it would still get me to the groomed trails, in style! :-)
