Just need a quick answer..

Well, the stock bore is 64mm, so that's 1mm over. 1mm = 39.4 thousandths or .0394", so by "4 over" you might be referring to "40 over" meaning 40 thousandths or a rounded off version of 1mm 39.4 thousandths. Clear as mud?

 

I get it now, so each bore goes by incriments of .25mm.
