CV Joints Heating!!! ???

CV Joints Heating!!! ???
Hey !
I need to know if this is normal .. After about 30 minutes of ride, my outer CV joints (the one that connects to the hub, not the differential) on the 2 front wheels are hot ..
Can it be because of Brakes Dragging ? ? Or could it be because the Wheel Nuts are too Tight ?!?
They say in my manual to torque about 52 to 72 Lbs .... I tighten them to about 60 ..
By the way, I'm talking about my Foreman 450 1998 ES ...
