DuraBlue anti-fade help

DuraBlue axle - help
Today I picked up a complete rear end. Carrier, axle, hubs, antifade, wave rotor, and caliper bracket.
I'm kinda unclear on how to tighten the anti-fade properly. I dont want to over tighten it, but dont want it loose.
