Last night on FOX 5 news they had a segment about ATV's and dirt bikes running loose on the streets of D.C.

I could not believe the footage of a Z400, Raptor, Vforce and other quads running full bore down the street! They said the problem is in Southwest and Northwest, not the best parts of town. They are basically running unchallenged by the police because the cops are not allowed to chase unless someone has committed a felony.

If there is one place where we don’t need problem ATV'ers its Washington D.C.! I’m sure the ATV hating politicians will have a field day with this!

 

Here in MN, it's a felony to run from an officer.

 

I thing the people doing this need to stop watching BIKER BOYS. Idoits who dont care about anything.

 

It's probably a felony to run from a officer in d.c. too but if the cops don't chase you you aren't running from them.

in DC and VA is there any way u can configure an ATV to make it street legal
