when i get into it over 1/2 throttle or in the powerband it studders and breaks up. it dosent bogg just has no power and has no top speed. is it my jetting or something else like spark the plugs look good alittle rich but ok

Go one size smaller on the main jets and see if that makes it better? The stator has also been known to do funny things like what you are mentioning, but I'm not 100% sure on just how to test it. It going to be either fuel or electrical.

 

One more thing I forgot and is very important, what is your compression reading in each cylinder? Get a guage and with the throttle pinned and the switch in the off positon give it 12-15 good kicks or until the reading doesn't get any higher and tell me what the number is

 

I WENT DOWN ONE ON THE MAIN GONNA TRY THAT IN THE MORNING, AND CHECK MY COMPRESION, AND IF THAT IS GOOD AND STILL NOT WORKING WERE GONNA PUT ON MY FRIENDS STATOR AND FLYWHEEL

 

Your compression should be somewhere near 160psi,
How did the stator/flywheel swap work?

 

put the 350 main in and there was no change. gonna due the stator tonight when he gets off work
