Default Tie'n down the front end

BASIC I know, and probably brought up before OVER and over again. But I like to hook the bars and run down to the eye hook on the bed of my truck. This bends the hell out of the fender. It's real easy to get a good tug this way. I have a Warior and have had this problem with a Mojave, and Honda 200SX and 250R. The back is easy just hook it on the grab bar. I tried to hook it to the bumper on the Warrior but couldn't get a straight pull on it. Seems like a common problem or basic BUT any ideas? Thanks in advance for any help.

when i haul mine, i strap it from the footpegs to the front eyelets in the bed. never had any problems.

other than the bumper rubbing the rhino liner off the bed, but that is no fault of the tie downs.
