a while back i bought an FTR pipe for my scrambler, but the company went out of buisness before i could get the jetting and cutching specs, just curious if anyone is familiar with this pipe, to give me some info.

You may have already seen this, and it doesn't really answer your question, but it does have some info on FTR.

FTR had some real good products and ideas, but very very bad customer service.I also had the FTR pipe at one time. They had no clue as to what the clutching should be for there pipe.I found the best setup for me was the HPD violet secondary, with the HPD violet primaryand S-55 weights. This clutching will give you about a 4200 rpm engagement.Give it a try .

I have the same pipe...and it all depends on what kind of mods you have..If you have the race mod then i would go with what ced suggest., but you will need the race porting to go with it. You will need to list your mods.

im going to have it ported, buy either rcr, hpd or hsp, pending on what pipe i get, if i get enough info on this pipe i will run this pipe, then im prolly gonna take .20 off the head. it's already bored .60 over, i have v-force 2 reeds for it and tmx 38 mm carb.

I would wait until you get it ported to clutch it, and i would go ahead and run the ftr pipe because it its a great pipe. It is perty identical to the cpi race pipe. You would be happy
