well my rap 350 had been making a little tick noise around the valves for the past few weeks,so today i adjusted the valves to the correct adjustment and went to ride today and the noise is a little louder now for some reason i don't know.My brother warrior he use to have made the same noise and some buddys of mine both have warriors and theres also tick do the warrior motors just tick for some reason.Mine ticking is a little loud when going slow and not revving the engine to much you can hear it.

if the noise incresses with the rpm i would say the valves need to be ajusted again when setting valve clearence you must be really persise

 

what he said lol mine dosent do it alot, maby its just a normal noise

 

i don't think it increases with rpm's because i only here it when i crank it up and going slow,maybe its normal i hope.

This may sound stupid, but Check your motor mounts. You say it's coming from the valves, well there's a motor mount right around the intake valve. Mine came loose and almost made me tear my engine apart to find out what the ticking was......May sound stupid, but believe me...it sound's almost the same as a ticking valve.
