Anyone purchase Polaristar Protection Plus for the 700? How much did you pay? It appears the following plans are available: 18/30/42 months.

I don't normally purchase extended warranties but just want to add some additional peace of mind.

Thanks!

I bought a 2 year warranty when I got my ATV. It ran me $489, I thought it was kinda high but the sales man said it would cost more if I wanted to get it later on so I just went ahead and bought it. I'm not sure how much more, but they do that because they know that it is a good atv from the dealer, after that they dont know so it cost a little bit more. However that number should give you a idea as to how much it would be. You have until the 6 mounth warranty runs out to make up your mind. The 4 year warranty was around $900 if you bought it when you got the ATV. If I remeber right it costs about $100 more if you get it after you take the ATV home. Is it worth it? Not yet, it hasn't been to the shop in the 576 miles I've put on it.......

Its a 18 months, but for the price it should be 24 months in my mind. If you get it you will never need it, if you don't you'll be in the shop all the time. Thats just life...lol
