Has anyone had probelms with the the display on the spedo in terms of gear selction? I noticed this weekend that it displayed E acouple of times. Somtimes if I stopped and changed gears it would come back but then would stay in H even though I was in L??

Now it just stays on H no matter what I do.. I pulled the plug on the snesor and looks ok, blew it out with a bit of air and same prob!

Any Ideas?

 

I have a polaris 500 and that same thing happen to me and I took it to the dealer and they replaced a switch that changes the display. I was under warrenty.

 

Do you remeber what switch they changed? was it the sensor on the transmission?
