Scrambler Suspension Will this work?
#1
I just finished reading all the old posts about Scrambler suspensions. I am looking for a little advice. I got a set of 1.5 fox struts and the rest of the stock front suspension form a 1997 scrambler from EBay a while back. Getting ready to send the struts out get rebuilt can any one advise me on a good rebuilder?
Next question is the 1997 struts and springs are long travel and the 1995 is short travel. I compared the strut housings and A-arms from both and they are the same wondering if maybe where struts mount to the frame is different? I am going to buy the HSP long travel springs but want to make sure that I can use them on the 1995. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I do mostly trail riding with some small jumps I am just looking for over all better performance.
Thanks,
Kevin

since your buying the springs from HSP i would say send your shock their to get rebuilt and tell them you want the rebuilt shock and teh new springs sent back at once to save money.
