Default 2004.5 SP500 HO - Overide Rev & AWD ?

Has anyone come up with a good way to overide the Reverse limiter and the AWD when in reverse on a 2004.5 SP 500 HO? I know that the overide button is also used to select what is displayed on the Speedo and also for diagnostics so the conventional overide procedures of older models don't seem like they will work. If anyone has accomplished this with success and not lost the use of the other functions of the overide button I would like details.

Good luck there, like you said the override button is tied into the speedo, which is tied into the ecm located in the front of the atv under the front cab. There maybe a way, but it's not as easy as it used to be. Let us know if you figure it out.
