Default Paddle tire problem...2 left V's

Ordered 2 cheap closeout V-blades from R Mountain for my wife's Trailboss, and they sent 2 left cheng shins. Going on vacation July 5th...no time to return. I put them on but no sand to try them in. They are soft, short blades, each paddle has a short side and a long side. The left rear has the short side v on the inside, the right will have the short side v on the outside. Any chance this will work ? Tracking problems ? turning problems ? Anybody had a flat and had to run 2 right or 2 left v-blades ? Thanks
