Hey All,
I need to know if any one has the schematics and directions for pulling rear right axle and splitting the rear end on a AC 500i Manual. If so, could I get a copy scanned and emailed. I would greatly apppiciate it.
My dealer has closed until Tuesday and am trying to find out what problem is with my cat.

First off what's it doing/ whats wrong?

The rear diff is easy to get out. Jack it up, remove the tires, remove the cotter keys in the axle nuts, remove the axle nuts ( 22mm I think), remove the brake, unbolt the shock, remove the top a-arm, tilt the hub down and get the axle out of it, jerk on the axle hard and it'll come out of the diff, do the other side. To pull the diff unbolt the drive shaft and remove the bolts holding the diff in place.
