Default Nerf Bars for YFZ450

What is the difference between nerf bars. Why would I need to spend $200+ for one kind when I can get another for $100. I notice some have footpegs and some use the stock footpegs. Is there any reason for different footpegs other than maybe a little better grip? I'm trying to pick out a pair of nerfbars and have been trying to keep the price reasonable. Thanks for the help. I need a set that will bolt on without any issues.

if you want just a set of simply nerf bars then id look towards DG... they are pretty well built and cheap...
the ones with heelguards and pegs are nice... AC makes a good set. the pegs and guards are more for the MX type person.

Sounds good. What about the TUSK, any input on those?

Alright, thats cool. They sell them at Rockymountainatv.com along with their tierods and some other stuff. It all looks good, but the best thing is the prcies on the stuff, can't beat them. Hopefully someone has used their products and can get back with us.

AC pro pegs have integrated foot peg and heelguard, but if you have size 10 and over on boot you might think of cut of the heel guards to get more space. Another great combo is IMS Footpegs and AC std nerfs. Also X-Factor is probably the best, but the most money, comes with propeg but without heelguard.
