Grizzly with Mudlites, and other questions
#1
for those of you that have put different tires and wheels on there grizz (especially ITP), did it make it much wider? i have about 2 1/2 to 3 inches to spare width wise is all. also for anyone out there who has the mudlites, how do you like them? i am leaning toward the 26". I think the 27 might be a little bigger then i want. so let me hear your opinion. One have a ramsey 3000lbs wireless winch? if so how do you like that? there i covered a lot in one post

I haven't put new tires on my grizz yet, or dont have a winch, but i used to have a kawasaki prarie with 26" Mud lites, i went from stock to mud lites, the only thing i have to stay is "traction" I am either buying mud lites or 589 ms for my grizz.

I run the 589 in 27" on my grizz and they work great in the mud. I ride with a guy that has the mudlites on a 700 sportsman that are 26" and he loves them. The only thing that I don't like is that they throw rocks real bad when on a gravel road.

I have 26" Mudlites with ITP "C" Series type 5 aluminum rims on my 2003 Grizzly. The width measured to the outside of the rear tires is now just over 48" and it's made a world of a difference as far as stability is concerned.

About any aftermarket rim is going to make it wider. I have Deltas and they make it a lot wider. Big improvement. I'm sure C-series are the same offset too. Helps out a lot over stock.
