I have a 2002 Honda 400ex in clean condition with low hours on it. Extras include air scoops, Tag grips (new), White Bros. e series slip on, outerwears airbox lid cover, k&n filter, dynojet jet kit, 16T front sprocket, synthetic oil. I am asking 3700 in the paper but have only been offered 2800...........is this all that it is worth..........could i at least get 3000 for it or should i take what i can get? WHat are the 400ex's going for?

A 2002 should be worth around $3500.

 

Blue book says low retail is 3000 and average retail is 3900. hang in there the right buyer will come around.
Try to sell it on ebay and set the reserve for the min you would sell it for.
