Default powdercoated rims???

does anyone on here have powder coated rims on their wheeler?

- can it be done to aluminum wheels or steel?
- what do you have to do to get them ready to be powder coated?
- how did they turn out in the end?
- has any of the powder coat chipped, peeled, or cracked?

im thinkin about hving it done to my quad and want to know if anybody has done it before and what wheels they used.

thanks all

Default powdercoated rims???

i was getting ready to post a similar question. i have a 04 raptor and i am wanting to have the stock rims powdercoated black. the stock rims are clear anodized right? does the anodize have to be removed or can you powdercoat over it?
Gwinnwarrior - to answer part of your question, you can powdercoat both steel and aluminum.
