block off plate

when you install a block off plate does everthing come off clutch.There are also the 2 sets of wires there.Any info would be great

Follow the two wires back to the harness. One of them just disconnects and the other consists of two seperate wires w/ connectors on the end of them, pull the two ends that go to the lever off and connect the two that go to the harness.
