Xr650r carb on 400ex

Xr650r carb on 400ex
Hello I have a 03 400ex with just about every bolt on possible I was talking with someone in the and they mentioned a xr650r carb for the 400ex. I was wandering what the benefits are and does it produce the power of the flat side carb. and is it a direct bolt on.
