Best way I have found is too leave the spark plug in and and use impact wrench. Then, you will need a puller and the appropriate screws....which a search should reveal. Then, tighten the puller up until 80-90 ft. lbs. of torque. Next, whap the center bolt of the puller a couple of times...viola, it will jump right off.
