Default Scrambler 400 vs. Z400

I raced a Z400 over the weekend down a dirt road. The first guy I just left in the dust right from the start without a problem. Then from about a 10 mph roll the same. After the race he states it wasn’t his machine and has only rode it a few times so he went to get the owner. This guy thought he was going to have an easy go of it but quickly realize the Scrambler was up to the task. I took him off the line with both of us hitting it at the same time, I pulled ahead to about a quad then a quad and a half lead and held it till we were well over 50 mph and he slowly caught me and pulled away on the top end. The second round was pretty much the same, afterwards asking me what size (cc) motor I had etc., told him it was a Polaris 400 2 stroke and he said oh yah mines a 4 stroke that’s why and continued to ask how I liked the auto trans. Needless to say he was surprised what an CVT could do. I had him most of the race, the length was unlimited, almost to top speed which most races would'nt be that long.
