Hello all,

Just wondering what would be the best tires for plowing snow...I am seriously thinking about buying a set of 26' mud-lites...unless of course they are no good in snow[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]...any and all suggestion appreciated...

 

The mudlites are good in the snow. I have never plowed with them. I have never heard anything bad about them.

I would imagine that you have the Goodyear Rawhides on yours and they absolutely are terrible in the snow. They go good on flat ground but not on the hills. They tend to spin quite a lot when plowing also. Not a very good tire.

I have Rawhides on my 500ho and they worked great this last winter. I never chained up once and we had a some pretty good depths.
